i dismantled all my engine ancillaries recently to repaint the engine bay but i will need some advice on the refitting of the distributor & the position of the front pulley & piston before i can attempt to turn it over to start it, as i havent a workshop manual can anyone tell me the correct procedure to get everthing in the right position before attempting to start her up? i understand that the front pulley timing marks have to be alligned but which piston has to be at the top of its stroke & where will the rotor arm have to be facing? cheers in advance, mick.
