Hi all, despite myself, i love the look of thin whitewalls on the Stag, how do my peers on the forum feel about them ? Martin.

Depends on the colour of the car. They look good on Terry's white one and a local member has them on his Russett Stag which looks good. But I wouldn't want them on my Carmine car.

I'm hoping I've managed to attach a photo' to this reply showing the tyres on my Sapphire Blue Stag.

I think they look good on chrome wires on a Stag but not sure about other combinations. Peter

Martin, Yes, they are real whitewalls - Previous owner told me they came from the States.
They have SPECTRUM LXR & STARFIRE written on the sidewalls.
Russell - Sapphire is my favourite colour, still cannot believe I was lucky enough to buy one (Only owned since September and only just started using it now that we have some nice weather!)

My whitewalls shown in the pic were purely inserts and were supplied by Bravado Automotive of 19 New Haw Road, Addlstone, Surrey, KT15 2 BZ. They cost £40 (including postage & VAT) in Year 2000, don't know if the Company still exists. Removed them when I drove down to Tenerife, but I still have another set, which I have yet to fit.

This just has to be the best colour! - There does seem to be some bias on this website towards the white - Blue hardly gets a mention!
Cannot think why - White is for virgins, Blue is for Boys!
Am I missing something here or should I hush my mouth?
