Shropshire TR Register

A couple of months ago I stumbled into the AGM of the Shropshire TR Registerwhich was quite fortuitous as they were looking for somewhere to hold their meetings and I was able to offer my place as a possible suitable alternative. As a consequence they will be holding their next meeting here (TF1 2EW) on Wednesday the 8th of April from about 8 o clock. I've posted this here so that if anyone locally wants to come over and meet up there is likely to be a motley collection of motors and like minded people.

I will put some cans of French Blue behind the bar if anyone wishes to change the colour of their car on the night!

Shame the SOC don't hold N & N in Shropshire the guy who runs the area is C**P and never does anything.

Real shame as your pub is ideal for meets and the beers excellent.

When I have finished the Stag the first journey will be to have a pie and pint at your place May Bank holiday.

Andy - This is the TR register and is not asssociated with the SOC so it is more likely to be a collection TR4's 5's and 6's. But you are right. There is a provisional co-ordinator for Shropshire but never any mention of anything Salopwise in the magazine. I think that there was, once, a mention of where they met some months ago but now I have no idea. The pub is the Red Lion on the Holyhead Road in Wellington (T. 223937)
