Tunbridge Wells

Hi,

I've just moved down to near Tunbridge Wells, hopefully i'll get the chance to drive the Stag a little more now that i am out of London! I also have a double garage so finally have somewhere to do all those little jobs that i have put off for the last 2 years!!

Does anyone know or recommend a local garage in the area? I dont need one at the moment but i thought i would ask. I am planning on taking the car to France in June, so i might treat the old bird to a decent service and MOT before she goes abroad.

Faversham still seems a little too far to travel just for an MOT and service.

Are there many Stags in the area down here?

Try the Kent area co-ordinator or his deputy John Clayton he has been area co-ordinator for years so may have a few names he could give you, contact details are in an old magazine.

Not too far from me!

I use my local garage for MOTs and so far I have been able to do all my own servicing, so I can't recommend anyone, sorry.

I know a chap called Nick Ford lives in Tonbridge Wells and he had a Stag a couple of years back, don't know if he's a club member though and I haven't got a phone number.

I live not too far from you, but have always used Faversham - I enjoy the drive there!

Welcome to the Garden of England, just watch out for the potholes and foreign lorries around the lanes

I used to use Faversham when I was in SE London, now I'm in Herts its a bit too far for me to go....

But I would recommend the boys down in Faversham as "all they do is Stags!" and its always an interesting place to visit and they are top blokes.

I knew I should have stayed Sourf of the river!
