Got to Bracknell on the wayto the Fairmileand after what sounded like a pistol shot my windscreen crazed over.

Limped home myopically peering through crazed screen.

As I was cleaning it this afternoon I was thinking this screen is pretty scratched!

from memory, old screens do that, with some posh ones having a little viewing panel, modern ones just crack more often. Least you were ok Al
