    Could'nt quite persuade him

My friend came back over from Australia a couple of months back just for a visit, so i had to take him out in the stag and let him drive, got him impressed with the car and said he would probably look for a classic when he got back, possibly a stag, got an email today with pictures.

    Nearly worked

Gotta Say it would be my second choice,

Love owning the hairdressers car though, I have an Aussie neighbour well into his HSV and FPV (Holden V8 and Ford XR8) etc, but took him for a spin in the Stag and he is now looking at a Spitty.

Got some bight this BL thing?

        Where in Aus is he?

He's in Mt Richen, Perth. Been there for 15yrs now. He and swmbo has'nt got the aussie twang thobut their 10yr old lad is a full aussie and you would'nt think that he was their son from the accent.

Yes, looks a bit squarish, unlike the slick curvy lines of the Stag, mind you it looks the works the colour is beautiful, they don't half shift though!

              Sukh.

I had a flirtation with a TR6 last year - always wanted one, never wanted a stag but love the one I have. For the few hours and miles that it was running well, I think that I preferred the stag.

Would still buy another TR though if a good deal presented itself (if only to balance the loss....)

Nice! I passed one on the way home tonight. I love the sound of the straight six, but nothing compares to the Stag in my book.
Drive a Stag every day... it's wonderful!
