420 miles in a day

I did 700 miles from Calais to South of France in 16hrs......the heater roasting the ankles for last 200 to keep temperature down was the worst bit. We returned in 11 hours (in a Clio)! The Stag 2 months later on a truck....

About 12years ago I drovemy Stag 530 miles from Exeter to Kirriemuir in one day. Stopped 3 times for food/fuel and 'comfort breaks'. Played golf in Kirriemuir the next day and drove all the way home again the following day. Felt fine after each drive and car behaved itself. Probably wouldn't do it now though.

I brought my Stag back from a 2 week trip to Brittany the year before last non stop from Carnac to Rugby, except for comfort/fuel and ferry breaks. Stag performed faultlessley and had to complete the last 300 mile in France at VERY high speed to ensure we made our ferry after setting off late due to a dispute with the accomodation owner.

1200 over four days in Mercy Mission to France last november Car fine driver the idiot I also had to the the return leg faster than I meant too due to forgetting passports

It was disapointing to get home in one way as the adventure had ended.

I have entered for the castle run insouth Devonin June, but we are staying in BoscastleNorth Cornwall so the stag will have it`s first long run in years, but i feel confident in the car now so fingers cross it will go ok.

Rough guess of mileage about 600 miles in one weekend.:shock::shock:
