I have the common problem of a sticking choke -ie the mechanism on the left hand carb will not return to base. It is a bit of a nuisance having to push it back manually after the engine has warmed up
My understanding is that the mechanism is catching on the screw beneath it, so it would seem sensible to turn down the screw and then perhaps apply some grease all round.
If this is not the correct thing to do I should be grateful from advice from one of you master technicians out there. Many thanks.
