Windscreen Wiper Drive Seals

Does anybody know where I can get hold of the two rubber gaskets/seals that fit under the nuts which hold the wiper drive shafts in place. Ive just had my windscreen surround repainted and the rubbers are past their best and I would like to replace them. Rimmers do not stock them and say they are unavailable, any ideas?
