    Water Wetter

    Hi guys

Has anyone tried out water wetter in their cooling system, I am thinking about using some when I next flush cooling system, I was wondering if there is a possibility that it could make the engine run too cool or am I being dim!

Having said this mysystem does not overheat, the needle never moves above halfway once normal ? running temp is reached

    Any comments welcome

    Thanks

If you have a thermostat (which you should), it won't run too cool. I am about to try a similar product to see if it helps keep the temperature down on hot days. The problem is there don't seem to be any really hot days n the foreseeable future.

      Mick,

My car is the same and never overheats.

I wouldn't want to try and improve on that.

      If it ain't broke..........

I notice that the product claims faster warm up times in winterand seal lubrication properties, I seem to recall a letter in soc mag extolling the virtues of this product

I just wonder if anyone can back up claims
