    Workshop Manual

    All

Personally I prefer a paper copy rather than a disc................So I bought a Haynes manual then set about tearing it apart!!!!!!!!!!!!From staples I got a packet of punched pockets (200 £7.99) item no 373996 and a four hole ring binder, slipped the pages into the clear pockets...............now you've got a manual you can take to the car don't have to worry about getting oil or grease on it, if it gets dirty just wipe it clean.

I have copied only the pages I need from the CD Rom (there is a lot of stuff which is of no real use to me) and put them in punched pockets. As you say, keeps them clean.

I also have laminated copies of various circuit diagrams which are hanging in the garage as I am always referring to them. The one in the Technical Reprints of the SOC website is very useful. I have expanded it to fit onto 3 pages so its easy to read.

I have one reprinted ROM that is the 'dirty' copy. I also have a couple of original ROMS, one is loose leaf so it will go in the scanner easily. One of them has larger wiring diagrams that fold out which is useful.
