    New Diff

    Hi All

I have changed my diff on Sunday to a 3.45:1 2500 MK2 diff from Just Triumph to try and bring the revs down when cruising.

I have only done a mile test drive so far without a sat nav to check speed and want to know what RPM reduction I should expect?

The old diff used to be about 3000 rpm = 60 mph:shock:

3000 rpm = 70 mph on the speedo which I think with the 15" wheels and new diff could be out by a lot now

You should be doing about 93% of the revs with the 3.45 diff compared to the 3.71.

Then have a look at one of the tyre size comparison websites to work out any change with the 15" wheels.
