removing rear back rest

Hello,

I was trying to take out the back seats. The bottom bit is easy to remove. I can pull the bottom of the backrest forward and release it from its catch, but the top of the backrest does not move - neither with the tonneau open or closed. Should it move up or forward? Are there any screws or other holders?

Good morning Dieter, the bckrest for the rear seat is bolted to the metal frame which it rests against! Just undo the 2 bolts and lift away!
