Mine arrived just now, and for the first time I actually made a real effort to read the whole thing including area reports. Whilst it didn't take long, there was one article that has made me stop and reconsider.
There is a full page on the Norfolk area who have donated £1000 to the prostate cancer support group. This is a subject close to my heart as my dad was diagnosed with rapid onset non surgical prostate cancer 5 years ago. He became part of a trial which was successful and after 5 years (recently) he was told he was in remission.
During this time he (and my family) have actively supported the prostate cancer support organisation (PCASO)- www.pcaso.com, which has been a rewarding and thoughtful time. The people in these groups fight tirelessly for prostate cancer to get it recognised as the danger and killer it is, attempting to enlighten government and public alike. Itis very difficult to see these brave men battling disease which eats at them, but they face it with determination and high spirit.
So, if anyone is on here from that area, my respect and thanks go to you, not only for the charitable thing you have done andthe message you proclaim, but also for making me think twice about the value of the magazine.

I only sent that picture in on the 10th June 2008, which means they must have a back log of over a year
