Looking for a particular car

Trying to track down a car, unfortunately my brain does not remember names! it's a very modified one reg number NPH 651P, Green and I think it was done originally by Monarch.

Is the owner on here, or can anyone put me in touch...........Please

Thanks for ringing and giving me the information....................I don't know what happened to the Email you sent. Thought it was unlike you not to reply! Have checked my incoming box again and can't see anything nor in the spam.................Oh well one of life's little mysteries, another one floating around in the ether.
