It's for people that inject their Stags using another car's EFI system that needs "closed loop" fuelling (where the mixture is adjusted 'on the fly' by the lambda sensor) - this device imitates the oxygen (lambda) sensor in the car's downpipe and allows you to set the system so a cranky old car like a Stag can idle adequately - think of it as an idle mixture adjuster.......
