does anyone know how to find out the year my car was manufactured . its 74 m reg however man year might be different

Have a look at the website http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk
Tel 01926 645076
They will be able to trace the build date of your Stag and provide you with a Heritage Certificate. There will be a charge for this. all the info is on the website. Click on the Archive and exhibitions link and then the Heritage Certificates link.

give the LD number and i will look it up in the bible (original stag restorers guide)

ps i think the 'D' at the end is probably an 'O' for overdrive
