    Emission Test

Just had my 76 all original set up tested and apparently there are no issues as far as the garage are concerned. TDC 12degrees points at .38mm

Just wondered what you all think and if there is anything that I should be adding to my list of jobs.

    squiggle 1.205

    CO 2.07

    CO2 10.1

    O2 5.0

    HC 155

    T 23

    Many thanks Mike

Good thats a relief. What is the first reading against a squiggle? Sorry to expose my ignorance. Mike

Just over one I'm not doing too badly then. Anyone done an electric stag yet! Apart from Scalextric!

The squiggle is the Lambda symbol - the Greek symbol for balance. It refers to the air/fuel ratio, and for our purposes is fairly irrelevant - it's for use with a closed loop fuelling system with a catalyst and would show a fault with an oxygen sensor in the downpipe.....
