Unusual request

This is an unusual request but here goes. Does anyone have a speedometer like the one in the attached photo that they would like to sell and ship to "Speedy Cables"for me. My plan is to have Speedy Cable convert itto a LCD read out and then have it shipped a relative that lives close to Chester. I would then pick it up when Iattend the NEC later in the year.
