sad stags

Came across these poorly stags the other day, whilst at work i counted six

I work for B.T openreach.I had been told of these stags but its the first time i have laid eyes on them. I belive the owner is not intrested in selling any of them and i think he has had them 25 years or more.

I guess they will be only fit for scrap if sat in that lean-to for 25 years, especially if it is in a coastal part of Cornwall.

I'm really sad now seeing such wantant disregard for items of such beauty. If not saveable he should be pressured to sell them for the parts to be refurbished and put into the spares system?

I need to have a drink now to wash the pain of this sight away:shock:

So who is the owner of these cars ? He was obviously a stag enthusiast at some time to have owned so many. It would be interesting to know why he has allowed them to get into this state. Quite a find though.....!

a few years ago (before the forum) there used to be a guy in the Northants area (I think )who had his own website, on this site were various pictures of stags in disrepair, i'm sure there were several shots of these very same stags - anyone remember this site? and what happened to it.

That is a realy sad pic - and i personally think that they should be used not left to rot.

Some people make me sick when they have such lovely cars and let them torot like that

i am pretty sure i had them ian, i think in total there was 4 or 5 on a farm in Northampton, he also had one in his mates spray shop which had been a 4 poster ramp for 15 years :P

I saw this site a couple of years ago. A very nice dark blue Stag and a lot of other "blue bodywork". Shame it's gone.
