Just checked the Rimmers web-site and the 2000 range has the same seal as the Stag so mine is not from a 2000:X

air passes through the filter to take the place of used fuel. without the filter you could suck dirt into your tank

Hi Andy,
I have a spare Stag fuel cap which I got off E Bay for a tenner. The quality is excellent with no pitting. If you want it, you can have it for the same price + postage.
