American Racing Wheels (similar to "Wolfrace")

Hello everybody,

Has anybody ever tried to put these on a Stag? A friend of mine acquired these rims together with a TR6 from the USA. He offered them to me for my Stag, where the 14"-wheels look a bit "forlorn" in the wheel arches.

The size is 15x7. PCD: 4x114,3, Offset: 0, Backspace: 4.00.

They are of the "Slot Mag" type - like the "Wolfrace". The American Racing Wheels are called "Ansen Sprint", however.

I think with an off-set of 0, the wheels would stick out too much. For a 7" rim I would have thought an off-set of around 15mm would be what you need.

I base this on a set of 7" wide rims I have seen fitted to a stag with an off-set of 42 less 25 for the spacer equals 17.
I crawled underneath and they just missed the front strut. With an off-set of zero they would be well clear...but they would stick out of the arches quite a bit I would imagine.
