How do you stop the windscreen wiper coming off the arm on the drivers side, theres a small tab that suppose to click into position, but mine will not stay put and discards the wiper blade at will:?
My wiper does the same. Fortunatly I have caught it before the wiper has come off. I was thinking of sticking a small cable tie around it so it cannot rotate. (I haven't really investigated the problem yet so I might come up with a more appropriate fix)

That's exactly what I've done, and as it works I've never bothered to look any further. It'd be nice to know if someone has a neater fix.

Are we talking about the little tab that rotates to allow the wiper blade to be removed? If so, this is supposed to be kept parallel to the main arm by clicking into a little 'pip' under the arm. Just try bending it slightly with pliers so that it is tighter against the arm.

little clip held to the wiper arm with insulating tape and small cable tie keeps it all tight.
Without the cable tie the wiper blade wobbles about all over the place and waits until I get onto a dark and wet motorway before going all sideways.
