Just to let you know that after being messed about for the last fortnight I have eventually at at long last received delivery of my Stag:dude::dude:.

Car has stag owners club badge on windscreen so someone must know it.

Well done Seamus. Forum members will I am sure congratulate you on choosing the best colour, but if you are hoping for info/commentswould need Reg No. Do you have to get a ZV plate or can you get an age related one?

car came on transporter. But drove it on Saturday about 50 miles and no problems.

Yes Brian, white is the best!!

reg no UOD 397R on it now

also had PUD1

and OFN 20R.

Don't really want to change the plate to a zv one. I personally dislike them.

Good history file came with the car, MOTs from 1980 onwards.

There has been a lot of money spent on her down through the years- engine rebuilds, paint jobs, the lot.

any info on the reg numbers would be great

Hi Seamus,

I remember when I took the Stag to Aughrim last summer it was the first time my rear tonneau seal couldn't cope and the rear seat pan was an improvised swimming pool....

Welcome to the Forum and Stag ownership. You will have to stop being impatient though, and learn that patience is a virtue if you are a Stag owner - you will need plenty of it! Good Luck with your new acqisition.

Looks very, very nice.

And before anyone else jumps in, yes - White is a colour http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White

Hope you find the time to take it out occasionally over the wet months as from what I've read on the forums, Stags get grumpy if left alone for a while.
