Sorry Martin.
Thought you might not have had your copy.
Would probably be simpler to have them in the Members Section of the main website.
That way they would remain essentially private to the Club.

I believe these are posted to co-ordinators and it he /she who should circulate them amongst the membership / Chase your area co-ordinator

OKI deleted it to save embarassment. Perhaps the minutes are best kept out of the public eyes, and just for the membership.
But come on commitee, we want the members to have access to all the relevant SOCinformation without having to do this!!

The minutes are always available from the Area Co-ordinators and are on the members area of the website for all members to download.
