No personal experience but apparently thay are noisy, and run all the time as apposed to the SU pumps that are quieter and only run when required.

I have used facet pumps on several vehicles, they must be mounted on rubber bobbins or they rattle annoyingly. Seem to last about 20,000 miles then gradually hammer their rubber non return valves to pieces which end up in the carb needle valves if you forget to fit a filter before the carb. Eventually they just rattle and don't pump. I have also used a facet interuptor pump on a high powered RoverV8 and after a few years I had to tap it to get it to start just like an SU pump:X Eventually they just rattle and don't pump.
