Graham, I'm about to start a rebuilding my carbs so car is out of action, looks a good meet even if there is too much modern stuff for my liking - have fun.

Graham - If I can "fit it in" :shock:between family "dos" - where and what time is this event held + is it "park up and chat" or do they have a run out anywhere (apologies if you don't know, only I couldn't find details on a quick search of PH website), thanks

Ian, how long does ittake to fix a leak on your carbs? You could change a few gaskets in an afternoon



PS you dont need to remove the engine to do a carb rebuild.

now you tell me, i thought it was standard procedure to take the engine out with the carbs, the strombergs are in bits in the dining room, much warmer in there than the garage, now not sure if to re fit, place with SU set up (keeps the period look) or go for the webber / Holley set up
