Mystery of the T bar foam

I've been afterT bar foams and I've been in contact with two members who both had themfor sale. Isaid I wanted to buy thembut both people have now, mysteriously, gone quiet despite PMs and phone calls!

T bar foams are not the Stag equivalent of the Bermuda triangle are they ?

Anyway, if anyone, including the elusive two, wants to sella good T bar foam, then please contact me - I've got money waiting !

Btw I note EJ Ward are offering new ones but they say"Although it is not hard and moulded like the original" - does anyone have experience of their softer unmoulded one?

The softer unmoulded one is probably just plain foam cut to shape, which you could easily buy from any foam supplier.

Why not get a used T bar from someone like Martin at JusTriumph. Then either fit the entire T bar or just take out the foam rubber.

The Wards one is shaped and has Velcro attached for fixing, stays in place while you put the cover back on. Martin.

Earlier this year I fitted a Aldridge T bar foam. No problems experienced with it.

i have a spare T-bar in the garage - it is a mk2 ... i am not sure what the foams are like but if you are interested PM me

I also recommend the Aldridge one. Its really close to original and looks great.
