:dude::dude:At midnight last night, our neighbour got his bagpipes out and played them. Most obtrusive, almost drowned out the sound of my Stag revving up to welcome the New Year in.:dude::dude:
Maybe we should think about a green Stag meet this year. Then we can get to the bottom of the code 75/BRG/Brooklands debate?
Just been for a drive down to Exmouth and back, with a walk along the sea front to clear the cobwebs away. Had SWMBO with me so had to keep the hard top on as the temperature is around freezing.
Still, the Stag got many looks and appreciative nods, plus waves from a few classic owners, except the miserable s*d in an MGB.

Mine's green, but most people would say not........
Meantime just been out for a blast in the Vitesse to try and recalibrate my speedo a bit closer to reality - reading 102 at 80 true was taking the pee..... gone a bit too far the other way now and it reads 27 at 30mph by GPS but can't be arsed to take it back out again today as have already done it 5 times:shock:
Just returned from a superb blast along the South East Cornwall coastal road, sun shining and even some silly sods running in to the sea!!!!:shock::shock:
(..AND got a wave from a nice blonde in a MGBGT..!:P)
I'd be up for a Green meet (colourist or not !), just as long as I've got mine up and running properly by then ! even though I've got a nasty feeling that I'll prefer Brooklands to my, still excellent, BRG
