    Alloy Wheels

I know it's not the sort of thing folks buy all the time but does anyone know of a reliable source for genuine alloys or is it ebay/google time?

I know rimmers has had them remade from original tooling a while back, but I'm not sure on price (maybe £60-70 each)

          hi J

i would get some secondhand ones and have them refurbed, i have mentioned on another thread 'spit and polish' in tonbridge they quoted me £55 per wheel.

they inspect the wheels for faults as well . my jag wheels they did 6 months ago show no signs of bad workmanship and they did them when they said.

Thanks for all those chaps. I will have a furtle around and see what occurs.

Tim - Yes EJ Ward are the obvious solution but I was hoping to make some sort of contribution to the project.

The ideal reply that I was looking forwould have been "Yes, I've got 4/5 in my garage that I no longer need. You can have them for a tenner each.Unfortunately they are rather grubby and need a good dusting but I will deliver them".

                Hope springs eternal.

Excellent Marty ... thanks for that. I've placed a bid in the hope that he will swop for my steel wheels!

All I need to do now is source some "piant". (Must be a special tool!)
