That really is a superb colour, but I haven't yet seen a metallic Stag that looked "right" - sorry.

Agree with Martin, metallic paints don't seem to suit the Stag, however, there is a picture of a graphite bluey grey Stag on the back cover of the mag about 2 years ago that looked stunning, there was an aeroplane in the background.
I was very tempted to spray mine graphite, which is my favourite colour and having sprayed a mini years ago, which got great revues for the quality as well as the colour, was very tempted, BUT, I still prefer black. Always wanted a black Stag after I saw one driving through London many years ago.I only do what the voices in my wife’s head tell me to do!

The pewter certainly does suit the stag well
I still prefer my colour changing red/orange depending on the light
