How much do you think flywheel skim and ballance should cost me?

I have a engineering company just down the road but last time i used them they charged me £60 for an inlet manifold skim which may be a bit pricey, not sure.

Give this guy a ring, he did some work on my Stag engine, and also a previous engine a few years ago. Alan Thomas recently had some work done by him as well:
