Dont know if anyone else has had trouble with a pitted boot lock surround,I bought two recently second hand, as new ones aint available,both worse than described and to be honestto far gone to bere-chromed but I noticed one in the states on ebay marked upTrunk lock surround,bought it and it turned up it was like new.

Thats all my chrome in top order now.

I tracked a brand new one for sale last year which I declined at £90, someone bought it though.

I purchased 2 shirts from USA through e bay and ended up paying more in customs than I paid for the shirts, I now stay clear of buying from anywhere other than UK.

I bought a couple of rear light lenses. I think you are obliged to pay tax on anything you import. Customs randomly check parcels and sting you
