re hard top seals
hi everyone just checked my hard top seals on my 1972 {much to the annoinance of my 28 year son he really didnt want to be lifting a hardtop at 11 .20 pm.
ive owned my stag fof 32 years in july and im the third owner .the seals are definately stiched. ihave cheched my other two stags nov 1971 and oct 1972 with vents by window are stiched also.i lso have a hard top whichi took off a 1975 russet brown stag which i got from guernsey 7 years ago reg 52187 which i took to bits this one has no stiching this one has a vinal covering which i use on my s reg stag i use most days.on my may 1973 parts book the seal numbers are different .hope this may help.
