I got some lowered springs from Paddocks which I'm happy with. As for contacting Monarch it looks like email only. I tried today re diff and asked them just to call me. Hopefully I'll hear soon.
I have the CW lowered springs on my car. I like the look.
One of the mechanics in our car club noticed the bump stops were looking like they had seen some knocks and suggested putting std springs back on. That sounded like too much effort for me so I left them alone for now. The roads are terrible here, lots of potholes and very uneven, so the springs probably get more of a workout compared to roads in a more temperate climate and better road maintenance.

Hi,
i might be interested in buying the unwanted springs. When you say 'lowered' are you implying that they're not?!! I'm planning to fit normal height springs because my car sits too low at the moment.
Jon
The springs when initially fitted gave a ride height of 14 3/4 inches from hub centre to arch rim. after a few miles and a couple of says this dropped to exactly 14 1/2 which is the correct ride height. I fitted new rubber spring pads top and bottom at the same time. Compared to the springs I removed these were an inch shorter on the bench
Just fitted a set of progressive Front Springs and the tight coils are at the bottom of the Strut, read a number of articles and there seems to be mixed opinion on how they are fitted.
Bought them from Wards and when i phoned to check they said that the open springs should be at the Top? - Does anyone concur?
Most other online advice states that the tight coils should be at the top? as this allows the coil to take up the flex before reaching the upper mounting, also noticed that the ride height has dropped by about 1" (Now measures 13.5 Centre to wing).
My Standard springs measured 15" unloaded and the progressive springs 10" when i mentioned this to Wards they said this was as per the design.
Now not sure if i should change the rear to drop it from 14.5 to 13.5 to match the front, anyone with experience of Progressive springs most welcome to comment.
I have progressive springs from Monarch - standard height front and rear (used to have the HRS kit) the tighter coil should be at the top, I only know this as the HRS ones were marked top and I remember that to be the way they were marked.
