The 1 thing i dont like about the Stag, is the ignition key on the left hand side.

Why?

I always liked the fact that if your window was down no one walking by could reach in and snatch your keys!

try driving a Saab, a year after i have had it and i still forget the keys are between the seats:P

I have a Pathfinder no key, nothing to plug in you just keep the fob in your pocket or if you like me you give your keys to your wife and you drop her off at the shops and she walks off with the fob, it all gets very worrying :shock:

The ignition switch can be located on the right hand side, I fitted one temporarily on my first Stag, but didn't sheer off the bolts.

Trouble is, the steering lock will not work, but if there is an imobiliser fitted.........also the cowling will have to be adapted.

I can sort of sympathise as my 2.5pi also had the left key - fine until you're holding a flamethrowing injector that you daren't let go and you can't quite reach the key to turn off coz it's on the left.......
