Selling (maybe) advice and opinions sought

I've owned KLJ815P for a couple of years. During that time I've done quite a bit of work on it (not as much as many on this forum, but with a busy job and five teenagers, I don't have a huge amount of spare time!). Thing is, in the two years I've had it, I've only driven 531 miles, so I'm really questioning whether I should stick with it or free up space in the garage. When I bought it, it was pretty sorted, (electronic ignition, upgraded diff, SS exhaust) and has an extremely comprehensive document pack covering everything since 1991 including a £7k Faversham rebuild in 1994 and a Faversham engine rebuild in 2000. Since I've had it I've renewed all the hoses, added a header tank, changed the plugs and leads, had the front seats re-foamed, put new door mirrors and sun visors on, given it a walnut dash (stick on type!?), replaced the front seat belts, replaced the rear springs and shocks (I've got the front springs and shocks, just not got round to changing them yet) and replaced the rear bumper quarters.
Right now, the only issue is the rear wings, the arch lips are pretty bubbly inside and the rear panel has started bubbling along the seam to the sill on both sides. The hardtop is almost perfect and the paint is OK, but could probably do with either a good mop or a respray and I guess if I was to replace the lower rear wings, it would make sense to respray at the same time.
The advice that I'm looking for is should I keep it and continue work on it, or let it go as I rarely use it, and given I have five kids going through university over the next six years, I could probably do with a cash injection into my savings account!
If I was to sell it, what should I expect? It seems really difficult to price a stag at the moment as they seem to range between £8k and £15k for a reasonably sorted car. I know mine is not a £15k car, but I don't think it is an £8k car either.
I know that's a lot of questions, but I know this is the place to come to get some really great advice, opinion and an occasion hard home truth! Thanks in anticipation of all of those!

I would sort the rust issues out if you're going to sell it, nothing puts buyers off more than rust.

Do the rust, when I bought mine the top priority was bodywork, I looked at some, including one at a well-known Stag dealer, which needed bodywork. I didn’t buy any of them. My knowledge of Triumph cars lets me know that visible bubbles or rust stains in the area you mention suggests more extensive problems further in.

And by that time, some of the teenagers might have flown the nest, and you can get round to using it!!
