If I wanted to remove the rocker switch from the window lift...

Mine are a little worn and I fancied titivating them up a little do they dismantle easily or are there springs and ball-bearings and strange widgets to contend with..?

There is little to them. just a couple of copper contacts a plastic rocker and spring. Dead easy.

yes as Steve says easy to come apart clean contacts and I used a small drill in vice with small mope and some brown polishing soap and they came up like new,in fact better.

ah..but how do you detach the rocker..just lever it?
