    infra red temperature gun.

Hi all in the past I have seen posts about these point and shoot temperature guns. Does anyone have on e that they would recommend? I have a friend who wants one. If you could let me know the make and where you got it, I would appreciate it.

Bought myself a cheap one on ebay and it seems accurate enough. The yellow ones all seem pretty similar. Simple to use, just pull the trigger and aim the red dot and you get your reading!

    Cheers

I bought one ,Liqoo Digital LCD Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer Laser IR Point -50 to 380℃ on recommendation from the forum, when received the one of the battery contact inside had never been fitted so the company was very good as they returned £5 off as it would cost more for me to return and get another, Ive not really needed it much but when I was recalibrating my temp gauge the other week I ended up using the temp gauge on on one of my multimeters and borrowed a fluke thermometer as the reading was 15 degrees low at boiling point and all over the place at different temperatures, sppose you get what you pay for unless I was unlucky
