An excellent weekend in front, and to cap it off on the Sunday a legend attends

        GUEST OF HONOUR ANNOUNCEMENT:
Bob Tullius, Group 44 Racing Legend to attend to meet fans on the Sunday! 135bf543-d275-4709-8365-401ebef3a812.jpg Bob Tullius ran one of the most successful race teams of the 1960s through to the 1980s. He raced the Spitfire, TR3, TR4, TR250, TR6, GT6, TR7, TR8 and E Type not to mention the phenomenal Group 44 XJR9 Prototypes that would later enjoy victory at Le Mans. Bob Tullius’ team, Group 44, celebrated nearly 300 overall victories while competing in three of the toughest road racing series in America: SCCA Club Racing, IMSA GTP endurance events and SCCA Trans-Am pro contests.
During a rare visit to the UK, Bob Tullius will be in conversation with Wayne Scott, Editor of TR Action Magazine at the TR International Weekend next Sunday afternoon in the Duckhams arena, where we will also be reuniting him with some of his very special racing cars.
        Dont miss this!!!

Couple this with the scheduled Lead loading seminars and other technical "how to" courses that we all need at one time or other and this event will score well on value for money even if you now have to pay at the gate prices.

        Micky.

I'm there all weekend camping, with some of the Vale of White Horse TR lot. Haven't yet decided whether to take the Stag, but if I do and the dyno guys are there I'm tempted to see what it's doing (although I'll have to avoid the high rev misfire problem as I still haven't solved it yet).

Wow what a Fantastic day out. Thank you to the Stag Owners Club people that we spoke to, you guys are very helpful and understanding, willing to spend some time chatting to somebody they have never even met before.
Apart from a couple of local journeys recently our Stag hasn't turned a wheel in over 5 years but we thought a nice 2 and a half hour drive either way will highlight any issues, it drove faultless both to the show via A roads and home again via the M1 motorway.
The TR Register guys were also very nice and appreciative, happy to chat.
It is a shame we did not park with the SOC cars but when we arrived you guys must have all been in the arena.
We are still Smiling from the whole experience, some of the Stags there were just automotive Perfection. Thanks guys.
