Are you referring to a Gary Fearney (or is it Fearnley), who hails from Ramsbottom?, because I have met him here in Tenerife, as he is a regularly visitor to a place called "Fairways" not far away near Los Abrigos.
I don't have his home address though, but if it is him a search through an online phone book quoting the name and town, might find him.

Jags11stag7 is from Canterbury according to his profile, the one Terry is talking about lives a couple of miles from me, had a lot of stuff on eBay the other week, sounds like he's abandoned his Stag restoration.

Hi Nigel,

That;'s interesting that he is still selling his gear as he must still be in the country and not Tenerife. He sold me a supposed NOS crank for £300 which when I received it had a 10 thou grind on it and was corroded on the journals as well as soft so I returned it at £30 postage and he agreed to a full refund. He received it 3 weeks ago last Saturday and is ignoring my calls / texts / PM's and a letter so looks like small claims court is next. I feel like reporting this to the SOC but don't want to publicly bad mouth him in case he has had some personal issue etc. but I'm somewhat miffed as you can imagine.
