Price of Stag going up?

I have just seen in my current Octane magazine a Magenta 73 Stag offered for sale by Canepa of California for 67,500 US Dollars. Unrestored but in as new condition with 40 thousand miles on the clock, it has spent it's it's entire life in the owners air conditioned garage.
