Martin’s Stag

For those of you who remember Martin, who left the Forum a few years ago, his Stag GYM500N is still alive and well and living in the SW. Although the new owners are in the TSSC. This is the car on display today at Powderham Castle on the TSSC stand. The board obscuring the front reg plate has copies of several SOC and Courier magazines where it has been featured on the front cover.

Martin used to be a regular contributor on this Forum, but didn't an illness cause him to sell his Stag because he could no longer maintain it as before?
Nice to know his Stag is still doing the rounds.

He was thinking of selling his car for the above reason but his ban from this forum broke him and didn’t help his poor health, so he sold the car quickly. His ban caused a lot of anger and the departure of good members from the forum and club. Good to see his car is around as he loved that car.

I regularly see martins old stag a couple from the Somerset region are the current owners.

Didn’t see you at Powderham today, Glenn. Gary and a few other Somerset Area members turned out, along with South Wales and Cornwall. 26 Stags on the SOC stand today; the highest number for many a year.

Hi guys, I saw Martin last Sunday at Kimbolton, he's had a challenging year so far, in and out of hospital, but was in good spirits at the show at the helm of his mobility scooter. All the best, Dave
