    Starter slow cranking when hot

HI Guys , thought I'd ask if anyone has had a similar problem, when I start my car I usually crank it over until the oil light goes out , stop, Then depress the the throttle pull out the choke then crank it over and away she goes, but lately when a restart the car when hot it's like it's over advanced (slow to turn over) then away she goes.
Thought it was a bad earth , checked the neg lead no resistance, check the battery and charging all seem good .

So guy have you any ideas?

Thanks for the help and sorry about the spelling in advance.

Just checked (cold) the continuity between the starter solenoid and the main positive cable reads all ok

Wonder if the bob weights in the distributor are "catching" when it is hot and holding the advance on?

I would also check the earth strap from the block to the chassis for good connections. You could check this with a voltmeter - look for any voltage between the block and the battery -ve terminal when the starter is cranking - should be less then 0.5V to 1.0V if all is good.
Header tanks - you can't beat a bit of bling.
