Just flown in from Milan. In Chester now, will there be a Club stand at Tatton park tomorrow, as intend going?

I've no idea about the club stand but it's a bad weather forecast this weekend,Saturday being the better of the two if you have a choice of days.

Visited show today. Called in at Club stand, and there met Chris (CJW) from North Wales. Also met a couple of other Stag owners elsewhere and saw lots of Stags in various areas.
Took lots of photos which will upload to YouTube and provide Link after I get back to Tenerife.
Bought a new wood gear knob, and want to purchase a low/high level rear brake light which I saw different versions of on a couple of Stags.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Tatton show today, weather good too, some great Stags and friendly owners there. Was looking for a stag with a TR6 spoiler on to see how it looked or any with the LD secret spoiler fitted but there was none.
However did see a couple of home made air scoops for the apertures under the front bumper that gave me an idea, will have a play and see what i can come up with. Also the additional rear brake light that Terry mentions above did not look out of place on the couple i saw.
Will post with regards to the scoop when i have something i'm happy with.

Couple of piccies of mine with the TR6 spoiler fitted. My observations ; certainly more stable at 70 mph + and does not run as warm at speed ( although touch wood mine has not overheated before or since ). A worthwhile mod.

So far been unlucky trying to source 3rd rear brake light to fit on my Stag! One owner with an emerald? Green Stag said his was from an Audi TT roadster, but on visiting a motor factors who stocked Audi parts, the one he showed me was not the same. Another dark green Stag owner in the Stag owners compound said his came from Thompsons in Macclesfield.
Can anyone else suggest where I might acquire one whilst I am still in Chester?

Terry, I have seen the ones from a Jaguar XJS convertible fitted to Stags and they look good. I actually bought one several years ago, but couldn't bring myself to drill holes in the car after restoration, so sold it again........

The one on the emerald green Stag was a very neat unit and did not look out of place on the Stag to me, that would be the one i would want. Looked at a few web sites but not seen one like it yet, will continue to look as i would have one also.
If i find one will be in touch, if you do not find anything before you leave let me know and i will send you the details of anything i find and would be happy to post one out to you if it meets with your approval.

Thanks for the link Dave, but I am really looking for the long thin one I saw on an emerald green Stag that the owner said was from an Audi TT roadster, and which fits just above the bumper and not on the boot lid. Regards

The one on the green Stag was from a TT MK 1 roadster. from what i can gather.

As promised, having now finally got home, I have successfully copied all my photos from my camera to my PC, and have extracted the Tatton Park Show ones and created a video clip of them.
