Front seat belt mounting points US

Can anyone tell me where the inertia reel front seat belt mounting points are? These should be secured at three points - but I can only find 2 points.
I found the point where the reel bolts in and I found the higher pivot point but where is the 3rd point does it bolt in with the reel or under the seat?

Mine are bolted to Top of the tunnel.

I have my Federal in bodyshell at the moment and can only find the two pints you noted, so I have to say that it goes to the reel point. The parts listing book seems to show some on top of the reel, others below the reel. Its been a while but I seem to remember a spacer there to separate them.

Now what I cant see is a significant bolt for the catches on the tunnel.. its been over a year since I stripped it and I forget how that bit goes together!!

Found it.. I think..

The dimple in the sound barrier seems to be in the right place..there is a nice reinforced nut there. can someone confirm that?

If so that begs the question:- what the heck the seat catch bracket was bolted to when I got the car.. It was there!!

The end of the belt in picture 3 , goes behind the feel on the same bolt,the third mounting is the seat belt buckle on the tunnel

This is taken from the Parts Microfi che showing the centre fixing for the belt buckle/binnacle, hope it helps.

I think I figured it out. The point in question is indeed behind the reel - but on a separate bolt with a shouldered washer which allows a bit of movement. Thanks to those who helped me figure it out.

the belt end goes behind the inertia reel but is fitted onto a shouldered spacer with a wavey washer to allow for movement.
