A few years ago, Practical Classics bought a cheap car with an MOT and a bit of tax, a Volvo I think, drove it to Edinburgh and back,buying itand petrol came to less than the train fare. when they got back, they sold it for what they'd payed, net cost - £10 for coffee. Now there's a thought ? Martin.
I don't know if this show is still being produced (does anyone actually know??) but I reckon that we could get a real world-beating team from some of the guys on here....

love the show would love to have a crack at chop/cut weld and mish mash.......brilliant my mate done it on the other channel where they get money to buy an old motor and mod it to meet some wacky challenge............yup count me in

At the moment when I go in my garage with my stag, in pieces, scattered everywhere and mixed up with 30 years accumulation of othercar stuff. Add to that countless bits of metal saved 'Just in case'it seems I have my very own 'Scrapheap Challenge'
