What engine number did the impeller change from 6 to 12 vane

Hi chaps I was wondering what engine number did water pumps change from 6 vane to 12 vane
    my engine number is LF40111HEA
Hopefully it's a 12 vane as I have a nos Unipart Saab pump that 6 vanes but with a 12 vane impeller profile to replace the leaky existing one and I don't want to have to buy a 12 vane cover
    thanks

I may be wrong but I thought they all originally had 6 vane, the 12 vane being an aftermarket pump.

6-vane up to engine number LF44931. 12-vane thereafter (according to The Restorers Guide), which surprises me as I thought they came in earlier than that. Peter Robinson may have different data.

Be aware that there are two different diameters for the 6-vane impellor. The smaller diameter is listed as a Triumph Dolomite part (and maybe SAAB?).

I was sold one as being suitable for Stag, but it hardly pumped any water around the system
        The answer isn't 42, it's 1/137

I put one in a dolly sprint that I had before the Stag and it worked well

looks like I will need a 12 vane cover ......bugger!!!!
