Centre console adaptation auto to manual.

I have just converted from auto to manual and the gear selector hole for the auto was square and the manual gaiter is round.
I have seen some generic square gaiters on line which look the part but does anyone know which other manufacturers gaiters are similar size?
If someone has another solution I'd be keen to hear.
I don't want to change the centre console as the veneer is very nice and matches the rest of the dash.

make one up yourself, bit or black vinyl and a sewing machine should only take an hour.
