How to mount the ID Tags?

Hi

Im just putting my car back together following some paintwork and have the two ID tags to rivet back under the bonnet but stupidly didn't take note, so now don't know which way round to mount them and in which order as it were...
Not critical im sure but id like to try and get it correct.
Both have got 5 digits then LD, One starts with a T prefix.

Any help much appreciated as ever!

My car is unrestored, The unpainted one beginning with T is closest to and readable from near side wing. The painted tag is towards centre and upside down, note tag was fitted before painting.

Guess I shouldn't have spent all that time getting the paint off them both though... Oh well, nice and shiney now!
